There is no limit to the ways in which coaching can help you. You are responsible for bringing your own hopes, dreams, challenges and aspirations to the coaching space.

How it works

STEP 1: Book your free discovery session
This is a free 45-minute consultation. During this time, we'll get to know one another to find out whether or not we would work well together. You can ask any questions you have about me, my coaching, the packages and how it all works. I'll ask you some questions as well to understand a little bit more about what brought you to coaching and what you hope to get out of it.

STEP 2: Make your decision
There is no obligation to continue working together after the discovery session. If you think you might be interested in working together, we can spend the last few minutes of the discovery call discussing this and thinking about which package could be the best fit for you.​
After the discovery session, I will send you an email with the information so that you can think over our conversation and make your decision in your own time.

STEP 3: Begin your coaching journey
Every client's journey looks a little different. This is something we can discuss and clarify in your discovery session and subsequent emails. However, typically, clients will choose to start with either a 3-month (explore), 6-month (create) or 9-month (thrive) package with either a Focus or Guided Focus approach.

Guided Focus
The Guided Focus approach combines coaching and mentoring and is ideal for those of you who would like extra guidance, advice and support when it comes to reaching your health and wellness goals. These packages include everything included in the Focus packages along with additional health and wellness mentoring sessions. During mentoring sessions, I draw on my 20+ years of experience and knowledge working in the health and wellness industry to advise, guide and support you on your quest to discover a healthy lifestyle that works for you.
