Coaching for food freedom, brain health, and body confidence.
I help people who struggle with ‘yo-yo’ dieting, food addiction, food guilt, disordered eating patterns, and body image issues to find freedom and clarity through compassionate coaching and brain-healthy nutrition.
Together, we’ll create sustainable habits that work for you so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more confident in your own skin.
It’s not about just another quick fix; it’s about creating a nourishing relationship with food that truly supports you.

Are you ready to create a lifestyle that empowers
you to be happier, healthier, and true to yourself?
health

noun.

a: the condition of being sound in body, mind, and spirit
b: a condition in which someone or something is thriving or doing well

"Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity."
-- World Health Organization (WHO)
Who I work with
If you’ve ever felt stuck in the diet cycle, ashamed about food, or exhausted from trying to ‘have more willpower,’ you’re in the right place. I work with people who are ready to find a different, kinder, more sustainable way forward.
Does any of this sound like you?
-
You want to eat healthily but something always seems to come along to derail you.
-
You’ve spent years trapped in yo-yo diets, binge-restrict cycles, disordered eating patterns or obsessive thoughts about what you ‘should’ and ‘shouldn’t’ eat.
-
You feel guilty, anxious, or ashamed every time you think about food.
-
You’re exhausted with thinking about food, your health and/or your body.
-
You feel overwhelmed and defeated at the idea of planning, preparing or cooking meals.
-
You often find yourself overeating and/or you find it difficult to eat at regular times, which often leads to mood swings, low energy or sudden cravings for high-carb snacks.
-
You struggle with body image and wish you could feel more confident in your own skin.
-
You’re tired of battling cravings.
-
You want to eat in a way that supports your mental health, focus, and energy but you can never seem to be consistent.
If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to help.

Meet Sarah

I’m a Transformative Coach with over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, and lived experience of the very struggles I now help my clients overcome.

For years, I battled disordered eating, body dysmorphic disorder, and the pressures of diet culture. As someone who is neurodivergent, I also understand how overwhelming food choices and meal prep can feel, and how unhelpful so much of the available 'one-size-fits all' advice can be.

Today, I combine my professional training with a deep passion for brain health, nutrition, and psychology. My approach is science-backed, compassionate, and tailored to you as a whole person, because true health isn’t just about what you eat, it’s about how you feel in your mind and body.

I believe health is a journey, not a destination. It’s about self-acceptance, confidence, and creating a life that feels free, joyful, and authentic.
